This example of contemporary furniture design cuts substance down to a minimum. The minimal impact of the sofa and chair is overpowering when you consider that despite its minimal appearance, it can easily accommodate multiple guests for seating. .
The Miami home pictures featured in this article show a property designed by Touzet Studio that is currently being offered for sale by David Solomon. The home is of modern design and measures 12,000 square feet. It sits on Biscayne Bay which is a prime real estate location for anyone living in the Miami area. The Biscayne Bay area is a most exclusive area in Florida where many stars have homes. The bay area is protected by a peninsula and yet has access to the Atlantic Ocean for yachts and large sailboats. My impression in looking at the pictures is the home owner’s fascination with using white as the primary color for the home’s interior design. I can’t say that I have seen its use as much as I have in this property. Having lived in the Miami area for two years I can tell you that white is a popular color in both house design and home furnishings.
